Step 1 : Accept Client’s Agreement – Terms & Conditions

- Consult independent professional advice before accepting the terms and conditions.

Step 2 : Download Account Opening Form
- Before signing any document, all applicants should ensure that they have read, understood and accepted the content and risk disclosure statement of Client’s Agreement. All applicants should also take independent advice regarding the content and terms of Client’s Agreement. If you would like to download a copy of Terms and Conditions, please click here.
- If you have read all the Terms and Conditions, please download and fill in the relevant account opening form that fit your need.
- Account Opening Form for individual / Corporate account

Step 3 : Submit
After completing the account opening form, please mail to customer services department with the following documents:
For individual / joint account:
- Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/valid passport
- Address Proof issued within 3 months
- Proof of bank account
For Corporation / Institutional account
- Registered in Hong Kong
- Certificate of Business Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Latest Annual Return (If there is any change of information later on, please provide relevant documents to us)
- Resolution/Minutes on account opening, trading authorization and signing instruction
- ID of director(s), Shareholder(s) and authorized person(s)
- Director(s) and Shareholder(s) address proof(s) issued within 3 months
- Proof of bank account
- Proof of company’s address issued within 3 months
- Corporate Chart of the company
- Most recent audited report and accounts
- For regulated company/corporation, the certificate issued by regulatory bodies
- Off-shore registered
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Incumbency within 6 months
- Register of Directors
- Register of Members
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Resolution/Minutes on account opening, trading authorization and signing instruction
- ID of director(s), Shareholder(s) and authorized person(s)
- Proof of bank account
- Corporate Chart of company
- Proof of company’s address within 3 months
- Most recent audited report and accounts

Upon receiving account opening documents, our Customer Services Department will call the applicant to confirm the application and complete the account opening process within two business days. The account number will be mailed to the applicant and he/she will be informed his/her client password by email within one or two business days after account opening.
